Won my race with my 1st day out with the Kyosho GT2! Qualified in the same lap as the local fast guy in my 3rd qualifier. I did strip 2nd spur gear in qualifier , ran the main w/ 1st and won by 2 secs.

Imagine how you would have done with an Ipanema Blackhawk Transmission!

Should be pretty equal. Similar shoe type -construction. Similar that DM1 has already, too.

I hope you had a good time today at Homestead Raceway. You were getting around the track great and should definitely race your GT at the Ipanema Sports 1/8 GT World Championship.

Man guys the homstead speedway was awsome i had a great time, the track lay out was great and the guys at the track where great. I really enjoyed the track alot and even tho when i got there the car was ALL OVER THE PLACE after a few adjustments here and there i was able to get the car to get consistant lap times. Im not 100% happy with my tranny/motor set up, i think my RB motor is a little tired and should be after 3 or 4 years of use at the offroad track. i plan on trying diffrent motor and pipe combos to get the car to launch faster and top out quicker. Im pretty much stuck in second gear thanks to the great kyosho tranny and im WAY OVER GEARED. Even at the end of the straight my car is still picking up speed. I think with a few small adjustment's here and there AND a hotter motor/pipe/tranny combo i think i can drop atleast 3 or 4 seconds off my lap times. Ill try some other stuff this week.

I got a few pics to share

The drive up to the speedway is nice and man is that speed way huge!!

Here is the straight as you can so one of the guys still blowing the track its NUTS how long that straight is i love it.

Pics of my car!!! Please try not to make fun of my colorful servo horns, i put the car together last week and refused to drop more money into this car seeing as i still have a ton of other cars i wanna finish.

It does look like your racing away from the scene.
