Man, talk about splitting hairs!!! It doesn't matter which "company's" body it resembles, so long as it works well is the key. Now, I just need to get to Homestead to get one and hit the track with it. Is it time and are we there yet?!?!?

Dude, chill. I guess you did not see that I was just joking (lols after my comment). So, now lets brow beat me with "proof" over a casual observation I made and a joke to your post to me. Grab a cerveza and lighten up, it is not all that serious. Remember, this is suppose to be "FUN"

You guys are too much, lol

Just wait until you'll see "The Warrior" in real life. It has ideas & concepts from many different fast real cars, just the rear window is pure '60s American Muscle Car styling.

We wanted to produce a lot of "cool-factor" with the looks of the body too. To me it just screams, 'I rule the road', lol

I painted it signiture black to make sure all the bodywork was "mint". I can't wait to see different colors, flames and sick paint jobs on it, It'll be cool!

To quote the movie..........

"You Warriors are good......... real good!"

A Blackhawk SR Transmission with 17/21 gearing is a great set-up for Homestead's big new track.

one question. Since the evolva gears are used with that tranny conversion. Can an evolva centax clutch be used as well?

Hey 1speedy, now that I am at home and have a computer that can "see" the pics you posted earlier, that OFNA body you posted was not the McLaren body that they made, it is of the Racing CLK. When I get there in a couple of weeks, I will show you what the "real" OFNA McLaren shorttail body looks like upclose (clear one pictured below). See you at Homestead!!!

ALLSPEED,
You can try it, but the shoes might not last very long. Those clutches are designed to be used on the much lighter chassis. Most all of us racing the buggy style 3 shoe clutches are happy with them.

JLock,

The only thing the Ipanema Blackhawk Warrior body has in common with that thing is they're made of lexan.... at least I know ours is, lol
When you see the Warrior shell at Homestead you'll understand more about it too.

Go Timmo Go!

Jspeed,

It is all good; just making a casual observation opinion and nothing more. It is not what is on top as much as what is underneath, which my is Kyosho. One car is ready and getting the other ready as we speak. Two weeks will be hear before you know it.
