My guess is he'll be needing an "M22 Rock-Crusher or a Lenco" trans, lol

Here is a list of the "approved" engines for the GT2 Spec class for the championship race:

Kyosho: GXR28SG
Kyosho: GXR28 (KYO74025)
Ofna: .28 Force (OFN52217)
Ofna: Hyper .28 (OFN 53220)
Axial: .28 Spec (AX001)
Axial: .28 Spec (AX002)
Sportwerks M26 (SWK8085)
Go Technology .21 3 Port (GTR213PT)
OS Engines .21VG SMG2058 21VG (P) & OSMG2059 21VG (P)-X

My guess is if it is not on the above listing, then it is not legal for running in the GT2 class.

Thumbs up gt championships

Hey,Jeff
The rules for spec say no carbon fiber chassis.
So does that mean we can run all the other carbon parts?
Thanks J Green

Yes, I understand how many have changed to stand up servos & shocks from the "lay-down" design for greater durability and easier set-up options. It's all good for the class, don't want anyone "taken-out" because of a servo smash

Just, no carbon fiber lower chassis plates in "GT2 Spec".

Max Velocity is also going to be working to help support racers that need it during the event. They make some cool stuff too.

There's also no need for anyone to have to "Stock-Pile" rubber tires, Ipanema will be there to make sure we all have serious traction

Getting in race entries everyday.
Going to put up 5 more on the website right after this post.

Don't want to rush anyone, but there will only be 50 racers in GT1 Open & 50 racers in GT2 Spec and this could sell-out before December; maybe faster

Looks like I'll be able to make it down for this race. Anyone know or have an idea what tires work best at this track?

Glad to see you'll be racing with us

As for tires...... I'll try to be humble and just let you know that Ipanema slicks will be available for purchase at the event with deep discounted prices for regiestered racers. They will be "fresh" and "matched" for the surface, temps and race lengths

So..... no need to "stock-pile" on tires before the big race, Ipanema will be there!
