At least they aren't promoting this for the 'new ROAR class' and it doesn't have 'picvot ball's like the OFNA.
'picvot ball's
That was done by the mag. not by us but if we make some new suspension, you'll know we may name it like that

Picvot balls, sounds like a high tech. We will soon offer a "Picvot Ball conversion Kit"

If I am not mistaken the 'picvot ball' conversion makes the OFNA legal in ROAR's new IGT Class (there is soo much wrong with this sentence)

and which car are you talking about? For the Kyosho .28 you cannot basically buy a backplate, you'll have to do it yourself.

Has anyone done the IGT2 brake pad upgrade (i.e., acre brake pad Kyosho part# IFW324). I just ordered them and the set only comes with two pads, where as the stock version uses four pads and two disks. Am I supposed to order two sets of IFW324 (i.e, four pads) and keep using the two disks or am I supposed to use only two pads and one disk in the upgrade?

Default You only need one set.

You will only need one set of pads and one rotor, unless you plan on running hour long races, then you could put another set on the other side of the 2-speed.

Don't try to race the two rotor setup. If you use the sintered pads there is not enough room. If you use the stock pads and rotors they will fail in the rigors of racing. The ??122 rotor and the sintered pads are the best brake available for this car. With my GT and my GT2 braking performance was great with that combination. I raced a box stock GT2 (except radio & servos) and in the first two 5 min qualifiers I wore out the centers of the dual disk rotors (text and photo a few pages back in this thread*edit54*). I took the good braking system off the GT and installed on the GT2 and 'shazam' won the B main and bumped to the A.

Right. In GT2 yes, but not directly in GT1. In GT1 you have to cut the cranck or buy the few parts that GT2 uses (clutch nut, cranckshaft extension piece) for SG shaft engine. I believe you can use the same flywheel though GT2 uses a smaller dia one.

One side is all you need. This will give you consistent hard stopping braking.

You do not have to cut the SG crankshaft.
If you use the Kyosho engine mount and plate and the Kyosho clutch bell the pinions will line up with the stock transmission spur gears
Kyosho Stock engine mount KYOIF108
Kyosho Stock engine mount plates KYOIF107.
I mounted and raced with a stock Ofna .28 engine in this configuration.

Are you running with the same rules as in Italy, no 2-speed allowed, only spool or center diff?
