Dude, you need to go with the new RB R3. It's a Nova based engine and have heard great things about this engine. But the engine is pretty new. It is based on the RB V-12 series I think. And the V-12 series has always been VERY fast and extremely durable. I have NEVER had a problem with an RB engine over the off and on 10 years or so of racing. Other then a .21 that gave out at the 301 Cpaital Classic race, but I think that was due to some crappy fuel because the engine was low mileage and never ran over 240F. I'm still not sure what happened to that motor. Do yourself a favor and get the RB R3. At least check it out. Good luck bro! Here is a link to RB http://www.rb-usa.com/main.php?part=Home

I just bought a RB R3 myself. I believe it's based off the Nova Plus 12. I've only got one track day on it so I can't give a full eval as it's not completely broken in yet. So far so good though

You don't say what your experience is, how much you want to spend, and I don't know what a acr is, so it's hard to give a solid recommendation. If you want exotic it's hard to beat anything Nova based, if you want a engine that will run as long as the needles are even close I'd say OS TZ.

I agree 100%

The OS TZ will last a long time and rods and bearings are 1/2 the cost of the Nova engines. The OS just are not as fast and have less torque. That Max power engine as far as what I have seen is the fastest engine that I have seen. Not sure what it cost. My2cents. Good luck.

not much can touch this engine if you have the $$$ "novarossi special edition 353" a guy at my track has this in his mugen but if $$$ is an issue then get a JLR red dot with a skyline pipe which I use in my G4S and its not far behind the novarossi, just remember the 353 is about $300 more than the red dot, ouch!
