Default tires

i was wondering if u ppl could help me and tell me how to get the rubber off a rim after the tire is worn out but still keeping the rim

If it a form tires,
What i did was boil (with water) the rim/tires.....while it still hot, hold with a cloth, pull out the form from the rim....
Make some cut with knife on the form for you to pull the rubber.

if its a nylon rim i used to use acetone!!!!!
