Hey guys sorry i didnt get pics up i went out of town for one last carpet race and just got home. I will get the camera tomarrow and put the pics up. Nitropimp the hole is centered but it is too far forward to get enough swing out of the rack to get full steering throw i had to make a hole behind it and remove the fifth body post to drill a hole for the screw to come through the top. my steering fix works great so far doesnt loosen up or bind but did take a long time to make i need to get some calipars so i can give some measurements. ill try to get all that done tomarrow and post it. the hard part is making the steering post system it took alot of grinding and altering to work properly. i hope ill be able to describe all of it lol.

The cups for the V One R might work. But why don't you just order some drive cups designed for the G4?

THere is no part number to order just the drive cups. I have to order the whole front one way. Unless someone can give me a part number on those cup joints for the front one way. In my manual for the E-class it says that the cup joints are part number k1409 but when i look it up on www.rcnutshobbies.com it just shows that its the whole front one way kit.

Hmm, that is an interesting problem. How did you lose that part anyway?

There aren't any measurements to go by. If I was you, I would go for the V-One R drive cups. I'm told that the Reflex NT is similar to the G4 and the V One R is similar to the Reflex NT.

So maybe it'll work.

Or you can email Mike at rcnutshobbies.com. I'm sure he can work something out for ya.

bud,

http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/produc...oducts_id=6014

....and yes, the v-one-rr uses the same one-way & cups.

How come you weren't using your universals?

I took my car out earlier that day before i got the universals. I didn't know that the drive cup would fall out. remember i bought my car put together. Yes i took about 95 perecent of the car apart and put it back together but i didn't wanna mess with the front one way. Hmm looks like i'm going to get those V-One-rr drive cups then.

Thanks guys,
Mike

rc mart takes about a week for delivery, tower hobbies may be quicker but they are deffinitely not cheaper

Yeah, if you're in a hurry I'd get the ones from tower.

If your track is pretty short and has a lot of turns I'd ditch the front one-way and get the gear-diff (and it's drive cups don't fall out).
