I would say somewhere in the FEMCA area as its their turn in the rotation system to hold the event. If you see below, the previous world titles were in these areas so I assume its FEMCA's turn again, if someone in that area bids for it. Otherwise it may then go to ROAR.

How may WCs Collari has to win, to make you understand that it is not the "car" but the "who drives it"?
All 1/8 cars are marvels of mechanics. Unfortunately, industrial war is here also. In fact it will be everywhere where lots of money are involved.
Alas, i still cannot fully comprehend the "fuel issue" that took place.
From what i read, this is somewhat serious and unforgivable in a WC.
I expect Tornado and the organizers will solve this puzzle soon.
