Just loosen the screw that is in the left front lower A arm, the one that tighterns the eccentric. take that out enough to release the lower A arm and it is disconnected

Rx= receiver.

So it's the receiver pack tray.

Yep, that's the one. The one for the 4 and 4R is different so if you get an X chassis but have a 4 or 4R you will need that too. Otherwise, the same.

Hey does mugen make a front center diff for MRX-4X??? i plan on drive mine on normal streets/parking lots and have no plans on taking mine to the track to race. Im going to convert my MRX4X to brushless and the front oneway will not work for what im trying to do.

Try a locked front oneway(spool). Winners Circle should have them in stock.

Too bad ... no front diff for mrx4, mrx4x

Only front one way unit available from mugen seiki.

You can drill ( or epoxy ?? ) the one way and the outdrives, and joint them together to make a spool unit.

Advantages :
1. More aggressive driving style . You can brake more aggresively without spinning. For examples, enter the corner with high speed, tap the brake one or two, make the turn, and exit the corner with full power. ( fewer lap times )
2. You can brake with confidence.

Disadvantages :
1. Spool put lots of metal stress on cvd and outdrives.
2. You need to set up your mrx4x again. ( understeer ).

Default GEARING POLL

Interested in what people are running gearing wise.

Most people run stock 17/49 20/46? I run on a technical high traction smooth track with a 280 foot back straight. Was considering going with 16/49 20/45 for more acceleration in the twistys and more top end at the end of the straight.

Anyone run this setup or have experience with another?
