Chicky03 is more active in these boards and finished 3rd at the Nats behind Mike and Paolo.

I'm guessing Mike S., Ralph Burch, and Paul C./chicky's setup wouldn't be to far off from each other.
Does anyone know what pipe/header combo that Mike used for the Nats?

I don't know but I haven't seen him use anything but a 2015 in years.

The track had super grip! The only other thing that was different on my car was I switched the rear wheel base to std/long instead of the -3mm mod. For me it was easier to drive with 32/35. For the main we went to 35/37 and I wish I would have made it short again, Better luck next time, I guess

Paul,
Did you use the longer upper rear arms and the inside upper arm pin location
with the R rear hubs?

Oh....., P. A. Watson says Hello, and he still thinks you are the best slot racer he ever saw!!

Default Stiffer Plastic??

Does anyone know anything about stiffer mugen Plastic parts that were rumored to be used by Robert Piesch at the Worlds?

Those parts were supplied to the factory drivers because they suspected it would be hot weather. Before the event I talked to RickV and he said he would not use the harder plastics but I do not know if he did....

In the very past (1991 I belive) BMT did the same and because BMT became world champion there was a special Austin kit. Over here in Holland the harder plastics were just to fragile because the colder weather we have.

Do not think you do need those parts to go faster, you won't go any faster.....

Mike and I used the X upper arm with the shortest position, Ralph used the X in the long position.

Cool, Tell PA I said hello and he was not shabby himself!! Next year for the scale worlds I'm making a come back, hopefully I remember how to do it and don't look a beginner

Paul,
Thanks for the upper arm location info you used at the Nats.

So, You are going slot racing with Monster HP and very little aero help!
Good Luck!!

I race GTP at PA's place, chassis's and bodies are similar to the scale cars,
but with C-can power. You have to drive these things, not just hold full
throttle like you would driving the wing cars.
