When I was saying smoother in the turns I meant the weight transfer seemed smoother.I am going to try the grays in the rear with a step heavier shock fluid and see what that does.

All things making it a "R"

That is not making an X. I have an R and the brake arm has 2 holes, maybe shortened or he bought an X version.

The rest, even the rear shocktower is an R

As most everyone said in another thread, it's an R with an X brake lever.

I am sorry to post this on the MRX-4R thread as well because I do not know this is a R and a X and thats why I posted on both thread. Most of the ppl are saying it is a R with some option and with the X lever...and now I believe this is a MRX-4R....

Thanks guys....

Default mrx

The major difference between the x and the r is the chassie and battery tray. Although there are other differences, and some parts are interchangable, when in doubt, these two things will reveal which car it most likely is.

That car in the photo, it's MRX4-R.

I have that car too ..... R version comes with longer rear shocks absorber and slim graphite shock tower.

The car looks okay, but it has poor maintenance on lubrications...... I see few rust and the 1st one way really needs oil.

HI,
Has anyone been having problems with the aluminum pressure plate bending or breaking and in the process letting the fly weights getting damage or lost. I have had one broke and one bend and both damage and lost the flyweights. Can someone tell me whats the fix for this if anyone has the same problem because this is really frustrating.

Thanks in advance

Your clutch gap is tooooooooo big, try and keep it to a max of .7mm but I prefer .6mm, if the gap is larger your fly weights have enough space to fly
out from the flywheel. Not sure how you break a pressure plate though???? Maybe you loose one and unbalance the forces...... but that a first for me.
