Can I ask a few stupid questions with respect to the set ups on page #23.

Why go for grey springs?, and the ride height I am assuming is for quailifiers?

And the tyre selection 32 fronts and 35 rears?

And what type of track is 301, Iam not local?

1. Grey springs rock, try them out sometime.

2. 32 fronts with 35 rears gives a bit more steering and very even tire wear throughout a run.

3. 301 is big, fast, smooth, good grip, low tire wear track.

Running the weekend so I will give them a bash, they are a softer spring so that makes the car less responsive? Last year the guy that won the Nat was running 350 oil front and 400 rear,black springs up front pink on the rear, traction was over the top. I guess it comes down to what works for you, he came 33 in Argentina so the chap can drive. Also he runs an R rear and an X front.

Has anybody tried an adjustable rear sway bar, or does anybody make one.

Mugen has one but I hav'nt tried it yet....

I use the Mugen one from back in the MRX-3 days and love it. The only problem with it is that the bars get bent fairly easy. I'm going to order a set of Serpent bars to put in the Mugen holder and give that a try.

I have. I run whatever spring makes the car do what I want it to do. Everything from dark blue to red. I've even run red rears on the front before.

That's funny.I just ordered a set of gray rears for my x.The reason is that I noticed the car was alot smoother in the turns with the novarossi motor in it than it was with the ninja.You can feel the weight difference in your hands between the two.The ninja is very light.

I have the rear adjustable sway bar but have gone back to the MRX 3 3mm wire one, just seems to be fool proof. 35 plus and Ninja? That much of a weight difference?

Hi there

I am looking for Jaco Prism wheels. Does anybody know if they have already changed the mold of the rim? Last autumn, there were reports of wheels coming loose during the run...

Additionally, I am looking for a shop that has them in stock and ship international.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They changed the mold late last year.I belive it was the velox owners that were having the flying tire problem though.

On a bumby track you can notice the gray springs makes the car smoother but weird enough the white springs did made for me faster laptimes.
