Also, you must remove a little material off the top of lower arm where the up-travel set screw would go. This prevents the arm from binding against the bulkhead.
sweet, do you have a part number for those perfect fitting 3mm spacers?and no-one sells those arms pre-cut with percision?id hate to attempt and sacrafice smoothness??thanks again

Use the 3mm spacers that are used for the front lower arms...I would not advise using the 3mm clips. They both come with the front lower arms #H0137. And use the front upper arm hinge pin 3mm spacers/clips for the rear upper arms and the body mount.

you can also get yourself the 3mm aluminum spacer that are used for the rollcenter in the upper arm and drill them to the size of the pin,i noticed that the plastic spacers wear out faster than the aluminum ones.

Congrats to Brad Toffilmiere (SP?) on TQing the Greater L.A. season opener by 7-8 seconds... He had a commanding lead in the A-main when a belt let go..

By the way, Nice parts Brad.......

Mike Swauger posted his WinterNats Set up on page 23... That seems to work for a lot of people locally

Sean in your defense you have been using those grey springs for a number of years, and none of us ever understood why. We always used to talk about you and those grey springs but you definitely made them work and went fast with them.

I'm not surprised that the grey spring worked at CP with the track being green from a layout change... What surprised me was the car was still really good in high bite conditions...

I've actually run the dark blues before but it bottoms out too much with them unless you run a lot of ride height. At the moment my 301 set-up is more like an old MRX-3 set-up. White fronts with red rears and the blade style rear bar. I want to try out a softer set up though.

Sean,

I still have trouble understanding how ur car works. U've always done ur own thing when it came 2 setups. I guess what ever works, works. When is ur first 301 race this year?
