Excuse me, guys.
Does the Kyosho Evovla 2005 WC's upper arm aluminum mount fit the MRX-4X?
Maybe with minor mods here and there?

Who is JP? and what do the aluminum mounts do that the plastic ones don't?
OK figured out who JP is but according to their website they only have the aluminum arms for the MTX, not the MRX. Again though, what do the aluminum mounts do that the plastic ones don't?

I usually have none. If you put the car on the table and lift up on the front bumper the wheels will come off of the table right away. Maybe 1mm of travel before the wheels come off the ground. Once you are moving the downforce that the body has will give you a little bit of up travel even if you have it at 0mm from when you set it up.

Front upper Aluminum mounts are much more ridged and look cool. They increase the accuracy of the car. Flip side; if you hit stuff your much more likely to break an arm or bulk head. The set-up listed as Mikes generic is stuck. Lots of steering and do we really need this much camber gain in the rear? Test&Tune. Try something it might suck on that day and in those conditions but I grantee you will learn something. Take that lesson and save it for later. Springs do you know what diameter the wire is and how many coils? If they were Mugen then the finger nail polish chipped off of them. Front droop should be set to 0. Are you tight or pushing when coming out of a corner on power? The conversion kit no longer exists however you may find a shop that has one on there shelf. If you can not find one visit www.mugenseiki.com and look at the list of "new or option parts" for the x. The chassis and battery stuff is not a must have...

LiPo battery case?
What are MRX-4X drivers that run lipos useing for a hard case to protect the batteries? (ROAR MANDATED SAFETY RULE)
Thanks in advance all

Really? they're pretty well protected inside the car.. I know the hard case rule applies to electric cars, but are our receiver packs bound by it as well? Everyone would have to send in receiver packs for approval, not just any hard case is legal in electric racing.
