Hello, I did the mod with mrx5 rear uprights (H2124) , 12x18x4 bearings, and ring spacers I get from xray rx8 parts ( to widen rear track width ).

The results ...... still 263mm rear trackwidth.

I dont want to widen further without exposing too much threads on the king pin.

Gwan : how do you get 265mm ? What brand of tires ? ........... I am using enneti light weight tires.

Cool 1/8 next season beginner

Hi guys,

After finishing 1st in this season's local 1/10 TC 13.5 blinky championship, I'm looking forward to drive my dad's Mugen Seiki MRX4 next season and was looking around for a general setup guide for this class.
Couldn't find any after using the search bar and was wondering if you guys can help me out with a link.
Thanks in advance.

Yes. Shepherd rear belts work. Also the early Shepherd short front belt and long middle belt fit but you have to watch out, Shepherd changed their pulley configuration so the new ones do not fit. The rear is still the same though.

There are others that are the same as well but don't want to steer you wrong.

Sorry I'm late with this: The Blitz. BLI51201 is a direct front belt replacement for the MRX-4, Serpent 966 and the Capricorn C801. The belt is in stock at Serpent America and the price is nice!
