Hi!

In my last practice I had to replace the one-way because it wasn't pulling in one side. The one-way on the car wasn't from Mugen. It was lightweight one with the alloy pulley included (can't exchange the pulley in it).

Luckily I had one spare (Mugen original) and I was back on the track in minutes.

It is possible to change the one-way bearings or the best to do is buy another one-way shaft with bearings for spare?

Regards!

buy another one. They are hard to change because they are pressed in pretty tight.

It might not be bad replacing them if you have experience heating the aluminum like you would with a engine bearing, but I would not press it out. The aluminum is soft an may not hold a new bearing tight. I'm not sure you could find the bearings you need though, they are very high quality and close tolerance.

Hey there,

How do you end up with 270mm rear track width ?

( I wish I could get 264-265mm rear track width in my mrx4 without exposing too many threads in the lower arms ).

( I wonder if MRX5 lower rear arms are wider than MRX4 ? )

and for the rear driveshaft im using from mrx4...since mrx3 driveshaft abit short..but since have alot of time to do..will try out the mrx4 conversion to mrx5..

sorry if the picture abit dark and not detail..will upload some picture after finish up everything

Ok thanks,

Meanwhile in my freetime, I will bring my spare mrx4r lower rear arms to LHS, and compare it with lower arms of mrx5, rx8, 966. Hopefully I can find longer lower arms with similar shape.

I'm looking for longer pivot balls for wider track width for MRX4.

I find Mugen Seiki original pivot balls are too short for my taste.

I want to have more screw threads inserted into the suspension lower arms while getting wider track width too. For examples : I can't get 265mm rear track width and 3 degree rear toe in with MRX4's original pivot balls.

Will arrowmax-rc.com make special longer pivot balls ?

rc market, do you have access to notify arrowmax-rc to create the longer version ? ..... perhaps 6mm longer version, in 1 pair packaging. Thanks bro.
