I think that's an HPI Nitro RS4. It's the original no 2 speed. That's a .15 FE engine.

First, check your local hobby shop to see of they still car parts. If they don't, you can go through hpiracing.com or hotbodiesracing.com (not sure about this website address).

It's really old so I'm not sure. It's out of production. It was made back in 1998 or 1999 I think. I had a Nitro RS4 2 that I bought in 2000. I still have it.

Many of the parts from the RS4-2 will fit on the original RS4. However, is you change one A-arm, you will have to change the other due to the arms being slight different in length (more of where the hinge pin holes are for the C-hub). He could scan ebay to see who has one that can be acquired to be broken down for spare parts usage.
