is the mugen really worth $400 more?

Go with the kyosho with a crf or a mugen with a ninja.
Both are great, they wil lboth do superb at the track.
Serpents layout is too confusing and looks cluttered, xray looks just like the mtx3 and v-one rrr, I haven't seen one run yet.
