Manticore that is interesting. I have been running the Kawhara rotors and pulleys on both my V-One-R and MTX-2 for 8-10 months with no problems what so ever. Regarding your friend wearing out alloy pulleys after a couple of leters of fuel I find that extremely hard to believe unless his belts are made of 60 grit sand paper, mine still look brand new.

Yeah I find it difficult to believe too ! I have the kawahara disc on my MTX2 for 4 weeks track time and ran thru around 50 to 60 tanks and the adaptor holes starts to oval. Now replaced it with the stock old and trusty disc on it. The stock old has been with my MTX2 for one years and it is in great shape.
I will post the picture of the worn out kawahara disc later on.
I need to check if my friend put sand paper as drive belt or not !

I was convinced, but was actually laughing at the way you expressed it.. I do not use brakes too, only in conditions when I really need to, for eg: overtaking cars( seldom, in fact, NO CHANCE!), avoid a collision with the other cars..
