Race report is done.

490 photos are being processed, and should be uploaded this morning. They'll be separated by class, so it won't be overwhelming to go through them. The slide show function in Flash should make this easy.

Equipment list will be posted this morning.

On-line report will be finished today, and the full race report will be going out to RC Car tomorrow for publication in an upcoming issue.

Jilles has a deal with Sirio and in that deal he gets Kyosho cars.

Well the race is finally over, we put away all of the tents, chairs, trash cans, banners, flags, this and that and that and that ...you get the picture.

What an awesome event, got to finally put some faces to the names we see here on RC tech ...soloartist and sohl to name a few.

I would like to thank all for the nice words about the videos, this world event is really something to see and there are a larger number that don't get the chance to come, than those that do. A testament to the almost 8000 views as of today.

Don't forget to support those sponsors that support your racing!

Hey, it would be nice if all the RC car magazines were free. For that matter, it would be nice if all the RC cars themselves were free. :-) I'm sure lots of people will have lots of galleries up for you to look at in the next few days.

Anyway, here's a link to the equipment list of who used what in the A-Mains.
http://www.sgrid.com/2008/february/w.../equipment.prn

I'll probably post a few more photos in a while (after getting some lunch). For anyone who I promised a photo to, please send me an email and I'll try to send them off by tomorrow afternoon. Please use email, not PMs, as I don't check those very frequently. If I said I'd send you a high-res image, be sure your email account can accept 5-meg photos. If not, I'll send a reduced size image.

I'm glad Jeff W.(sunglasses)had a good time in Florida.
This on-road stuff seems way too fast for my tastes.
I wouldnt be able to handle it.

I just like racing in dirt, just my personal opinon.
But Jeff, and his daughter I heard did good, so that makes me happy.

Just a few more... time to stop and make some dinner. That's about 520 photos I've been working on just for today.
