I have found it to be very good and reliable. No issues at all.
Make sure you get the right arbor for what you need and also, a small thing,
get the Hudy cutting bit.
The stock bit is neither use nor an ornament.
DAnd don't think you will get by for now with it either! It's only good for scraping the mud off your boots!
Other then that. I think it's well worth the money!!

Make sure that the power supply that you have has enough amps to push it as well. Often guys think that it is the truer that fails when in fact it is the supply that does not have the amps to do the job.
In the house I use the RDC30 which is kick ass I use that for electric racing but on the road I use a smaller supply because it is light and I know that I may have to skim a bit at a time to get the job done without my Hudy truer shutting down in the middle of a cut.
And yes the Hudy bit is the way to go, if you find the Hudy bit is to pricey for you, you can go to the hardware store and get a Bosh or a Porter Cable jig saw bit and snap it into like 3 with a pair of pliers and a vice. make sure the snaps are clean and the blades are straight and they do a great job of cutting as well. Don't go with a cheap blade if you do this mod because they will only dull and fail you at a critical point when trueing is really needed.
