Hey Manbik,
Mind if I inquire what kind of setup you have on your MRX-3? Servos, Engine, Receiver, suspension geometry, etc. About how much did you shell out for the car? Also, what, if any, hopups are needed or recommended for the car?

Guys, I need educated guesses on how a HPI Alum pipe would work with my MT12 engine. I'm just experimenting w/ different pipes right now and just wanted to know if any of you have tried something similar to the HPI pipe. Thanks

I'd go for a pipe thats designed for a Rear Exhaust engine. The HPI pipes arn't designed for rear exhaust.
I've got a X12 (Polished), Novarossi 51602 and 51603 pipes, all these work great.
Try playing around with the length between the manifold + pipe, I've noticed this has a significant change on the performance. Grab hold of a GS coupler (or any other long J- type coupler) which will allow you to do this properly.
