Make sure you get the new one. Part numbers are the same.

Default MTX Pro

Just finished running my Pro this weekend.

Car still needed some work, but managed to almost equal my quickest time and run close to the quickest of the day.

Only things that are changed are :

-Teflon Pads
-Serpent 1/8th Servo Saver
-50,000k in rear (will go up to 100k)
-Camber Link rear out to fullest

Stock setup works great, don't think the car will do to well on short - medium tracks with not much grip.

Here are some pics :

As mentioned, I ran close to my best lap time with the Pro on the second run. My only major problem is keeping consitent. If you want to overtake some on brakes - forget it, you need to keep your line 100% of the time.

Having said that, I did run a friends Pro with the standard Pads, extremely difficult to drive as the brakes lock up too many times, you need to get the teflon pads from the word go.

I will certainly break my personal best with this car, a few little things needed to adjust, but hey it was only my first run.

Here is the setup :

Front
Tyres - Fast 45s, 24mm, trued down to 60mm
Springs - Light Blue
Oil - Mugen 50wt
Shock Position - 2nd from bottom
Caster - stock position 2mm
Camber - 2.5 degree
Toe - 1 degree out
Front ARB - Set to Medium position
Ride height - 4mm
Width - 198mm

Rear
Tyres - Fast 40s, 24mm, trued down to 60mm
Springs - Purple
Oil - Mugen 50wt
Shock Position - Lowest hole
Camber - 2 degree
Toe - 2 degree
Ride height - 4mm
Rear ARB - Set to sofest position
Width - 199mm

Engine - Novarossi RS-12
Plug - Novarossi Gold C5
Fuel - RB Concept
Pipe - Novarossi 51602
Body - Protoform Vaxhuall

Kit parts changed
Gearing - 18/22 pinions, 48T first gear spur
Teflon Pads
Serpent 1/8th Saver
Kawahara cross drilled brake disk
Rear turnbuckles.

Track

Nah, but I have seen a Prototype .12 Novarossi, yet to be released driven by a factory driver

Novarossi will never show us his face. He's probably in some sort of witness protection program or he thinks we'll all fly to Sydney and hunt him down or something. The most you'll see is his hand (maybe) in those pics above.

hey FOK ! where have you been?

I can only realize his light blue wrench which I think it is novarossi's favourable tool. I can see this wrench on most of his pictures posted LOL

With a track like that, all you gotta do is mash the throttle down. You can take the brake out and save weight.

I've been out of circulation for the past 4 or so days. Too busy to be on the net.
