TG10 2-Speed stubborn HELP

Hello guys, im tuning a tamiya tg10 2 speed, i was wondering if anyone has a defined setup for it? the instruction said a good starting point was 4-5mm but at this point its not really shifting how far is it roughly from the starting point? I do know based from my observation that the tamiya tg10 2speed is really stubborn and sensitive to adjustments. Anywayz any help would greatly be appreciated.
