No one was being touchy. He was just making sure the whinoes don't come here and start BS'ing up a storm about stolen designs, blah blah blah.
I found your comment a compliment. I understand that Mugen cars are simple to setup and drive than other cars, and build well because of exceptional parts fitting quality. Not to mention durable. I related those things with your comment.
Given what I have built so far with my P81, the car is coming along nice and smooth. Excellent parts fitments to boot. The instructions are super clear and concise. I am really liking the way this car is coming together. I can't wait to drive it, once I get the missing parts to complete the car.

Are the body mount holes in same place as P80.R or will you have to purchase new bodys?

I'm heading up to 301 Raceway this weekend for the Tornado Challenge. I'll be running my Motonica (older car - P80.R). Looking forward to running at 301.

Right now, I believe someone said that the Mugen springs would fit on these shocks.

As far as the bodies, per what Garen has said, the P81 has a slightly longer wheelbase, based on the standard setup. I am pretty sure you can shrink the wheelbase to make the body fit. Shouldn't hurt too much, since smaller wheelbases give you a better turning radius which would be prime for technical tracks.
Garen can state more.
