Holy crap man! Lookin damn good!!! Keep up the good work!

I see one thing interesting... That receiver is going to get hit HARD if there is a well placed T-bone.

I can't wait to see the final product. Really looking good. Can't wait to get my kit so I can put it together and play!

GREAT WORK ARNO JAN!!

However, why didn't you install the carbon fiber brace up front? How does the battery tray look on the bottom?

I can't wait for the pics that have the tires and body on it. Also, get a video of the car in action!!!

Make sure you kick Hovik's ass with that car...

Any tires with mugen or Kyosho wheels will fit. I personally use x-tyres from Motonica and they work great.

Yeah I know... I know. I am looking for a good one. The one you sent me is good for a 3 yr old.

BTW, Arno jan, let us know how your first race was. What kind of track conditions do you race at, and what setup you have/starting with. I am really excited about getting my car now.

all of the geometry is the same as the 'kyosho, mugen' axles except for the length of the drive pins, which are longer on the motonica. this is a good thing if you use the xpower wheels which will be more durable.

however to use any other brand you will need shorter drive pins, you can either cut the stock pins or replace them with a kyosho or mugen pin which fit just fine.

having a replacement set of pins is less critical now that a set screw in the quick release is standard. (with the serpent vector if you spit off a wheel at speed you would likely lose the pin) but it is still a reasonable spare to have around.
