Your final setup will vary based on the tires you use and of course the track conditions. Different brand tires in the same shore yield completely different handling. 'Minor' adjustments like the rear H-Arm mounting points make a big difference too.
Your track(s) likely do not have the high bite ours do, so you might need softer tires, or less aggressive setup (softer rear bar, softer rear springs, wider front). I think the setup above is a good starting point though.
please give a guide to what each minor adjustment should do, what im looking for is what will i se by adding spacers to the front upper a arm, rear upper a arm and such.
Thanks
Randy

Randy, adding or removing the spacers will raise or lower the roll centers, and among other things, affect camber gain.
Here's the basics:
adding spacers to the rear lower arms will lower the roll center, generally add more rear grip. removing them will raise the roll center, taking away rear grip. I generally use 1mm spacer. This allows the car to rotate better in the corners.

adding spacers to the rear upper arms will lower the roll center (the more parallel the upper and lower arms are the lower the roll center). adding spacers will also reduce camber gain. Removing or reducing spacers will raise roll center. I generally use 1mm or 0mm spacers, unless the grip is really bad, in which case I use 2mm. If you like the car to be more planted and easy to drive, use 2mm.

adding spacers to the front lower or upper arms will lower roll center. Reducing front upper spacers should increase corner entry steering but decrease entry exit steering. I have experimented with all sorts of combinations, 0mm top with 2mm bottom, 2mm top with 3mm bottom, etc. I generally run 2mm in the front lower, and 2mm in the front upper. I have tried 1mm and 0mm, but with my setups and tires, 2mm seems to work good for me. I am going to try some different setups and play with this setting again. Josh runs 2mm front lower and -2mm (no spacers and plastic mount shaved 2mm off) front upper. I think Brad T also runs 2mm lower and either 0mm or -2mm upper.

I'm at 0 front upper and 2 mm everywhere else and could still use more corner entry steering and less on exit. I think I'll try shaving 2mm off the front upper.

Hey eswlfse, for sure lower the front upper maybe even shave some off the blocks and it will give you what your looking for, more entry grip and less mid corner.

I'm on it. Major PM rebuild #1 is coming up.

I'm seeing some wear on my rear side pulley. Does anyone have any experience with the Titan aluminum pulleys? Would these be a worthwhile upgrade for the side belt?

Anybody using the Mugen white springs front and rear? They seem to be the same diameter wire but one more turn so maybe a little softer and better on short tracks?

I think Scotty runs the titan pulleys, and I think Saputo does too.
As for the springs, I think Josh runs white front springs, but I am not sure if they are Mugen or Kyosho.

No, that is not what I am saying. I have been told the Motonica whites are the same as Mugen whites too, in terms of coils, thickness, length.
I said that Josh has white springs on the front of his car, I'm just not sure if they are Kyosho or Mugen. BTW, the Motonica white and gray springs are silver, with the end coil coated in white or gray.
