-= Where to buy Carbon Fiber sheets? =-

I was wondering if anyone on these forums have bought carbon fiber sheets. I have seen them on ebay, but was hoping someone here had a reliable US source to obtain some. I have some prototype alumnium pieces I would like to finish in CF. I have seen G10 and Graphite plate at PenguinRC but I'm not sure if the graphite plate have cross weave in them. I also found team cobras graphite sheets but I haven't actual handled some. It doesn't have to look pretty, I just want them for structure.

Give Jason at BMI Racing a call. His scrap was enough for what I needed, and he gave me a great deal (compared to internet prices).

Hi Dogbones.

I have used
www.dragonplate.com
They have several different thicknesses and sheet sizes.
Checkout their "samples". You get 3 or 4 different thickness's in the pack. Pieces are only 2 1/2" by 4" I believe but good for doing project work ;)

Another idea for you to try.
