I guess I'll shim the engine a tad.

too bad! I helped my friend install an evo 4 sti with no problems whatsoever with no need for
any use of dremel!
anyway i you shim, just try to find some kind of plates since if you use just plain round
shims you'll prevent the engine mount from heat transfer from the engine
how abo

I would dremel the top plate. If you shim the engine; you have to make the entire engine is supported by the shims. If you don't. The engine may tend to rock on the engine mount and cause gear stripping and loose heat tranfer to the chassis.

Hi guys, what is a new 4R worth these days? I have one listed that comes with a new batter, tires, body, 2 servos and a carbon fiber wing. What would be a range (low and high) that I should expect on this car? Don't want to shoot myself in the foot or price it so high that I can't sell it.

Also, I have a sweet Mega ZX with pipe with less then a gallon. Any idea what it is worth?

Thanks

u just have to look at what you spent on the stuff, and what you wanna get for it. depends on chassis condition, quality of servos, etc

I bought the car a while back at an extreme discount but don't remember how much because I bought a lot of other stuff at the same time. Anyways, the car is brand new, no scratches. Everything on the car is new, battery, body, tires (Nitro shoes) and servos. The servos aren't the best but not bad, they are JR 590.

Any ideas of estimated worth?

With the sirrio engines, there is a smaller diamiter uniball end for the carb slide.
Using this one should give you enough clearance for your throttle.

You only raced once in your life in Richmond last year and the guy left you in the infield, because you have to turn left and right.

According to HoBoShop, you just need the most expensive motor you can find. That's it!
