Tech Regular
Its very fast on the straights, with the relatively free drivetrain what with the front one way and solid rear axle i.e; no differential action. Acceleration is also brisk, although this has more to do with gearing and engine powerband. On tight technical tracks, you'll have to adopt the jab-brake-jab way of driving....so, you might not be able to hold a smooth race line drive and the brakes are really only minimal.
Parts are cheap where I am, esp. if you compare to Serpent. I've taken to using STS Pro 2 parts for my Impulse. Optional diffs. are available for about USD60-80 if you find the one way and solid axle too hard to drive. Otherwise, the chassis is fully tunable. You can expect all the goodstuff like centax clutch and rear floating body mount. It is designed for high speed flowing tracks out of the box.
