Opening bag A, getting ready for the build. The entire kit is presented in a very F1 manner. K, go away.

Default Finished

Hi Guys,

took me all my time this week but it is finished

only have to paint the body, just in one color to go a.s.a.p. to the track ;-)

Next body has to go for a perfect paint job anyone knows somebody who can do it!
Want to have a perfect replica from the Toyota to start with and build up a collection.

Car building was fun, good fitting for me personaly the best Serpent I ever build.

DP holder is from myself is not in the kit.
Foams tyres will fit too will test that later i want to go for the rubber tires look good and realistic.
Motor fits great and all the 960 clutch/gears you can use
check here some late night pic.

Well I have had some issue's. Based on the presentation of kit makes it more bogus. No biggie to deal with but just should not be that way. Several screws thru out kit to short, meaning that when threading in it holds on by just 2 or 3 threads. I went to local hardware store to correct. Missing pivot ball for shock so had to dig thru hardware in stock. Fixed. Directions and parts in bags don't all line up exact. Close but you gotta flex a little and when something don't make since go look at other unlabeled parts bags to find it. My first build in awhile, went ok, but when looking at it as an F1 car, presentation taking into that sophistacated F1 realm and then part don't line up exact its freaky. To me at least. Also had trouble with a couple parts and the coatings on them not allowing them a proper fit. Had to sand or grind as needed to correct. Here's some pic's.
