hi! i'm using os 12tz p5 engine and have finished break-in. i've ran the car in the track, and after running the straights, i notice the engine would stay rev a bit higher than idle for 5-10 seconds after i release the throttle. my needle settings is still rich on the HSN and flush on the LSN.
i know its not the serv0-carb linkage as i've checked and it closes everytime i release the throttle.
anyone happen to know how to remedy this?

It sounds like the idle screw is in to far and the bottem end screw is rich giving you a "false" idle.

lean abit on high-end or rich a bit on low-end.
