Can anyone help me with some info ( manual, exploded view, ...) for this car

It was advertised as a BMT Blitz 3-gear tuning with Novarossi Engine.
Don't know exactly what model it is, but maybe someone on here can help me out?

thanx

Looks like a 931 from the days of Ralph Burch running for BMT. I'd check with the guys at Speedline. Mike Queller used to be the BMT go to guy.

Tony, Thanx. But the 931 is a 1/10th car, and it's a 1/8th. Or am I mistaking?

Anybody ever hear about Hashimoto racing?
I just did a google on BMT 931, and this site came up ?

OK, in Japanese, but they do export, so I send them a mail... ;)

Also,

what kinda wheels do I need for this?
Are these Serpent style wheels with the quick release or the standard hex (17mm ?)

You will need BMT wheels. Check with Mike Queller in TX, he may have some old BMT stuff.

What a flash back! I have a bunch of tires from when I used to run this car. Let me know if you want me to dig them out and see what I have.

That car is a BMT Austin Lite model. It was a just a more lightened version of the 1991 Austin car used at the Austin, Tx 1:8th Worlds illustrated in the images here .

The 891 cars (first BMT) all had red plastic parts on shocks, tank, etc... The Austin and Austin Lite had green parts.

Another question:

Will parts from the Active 95RS fit a Austin Lite ?

Only some parts were reused from the Austin to the 95R cars. The drive train parts should be compatible but the wishbones and the whole rear end were totally different to incorporate the active suspension.
