ENGINE STARTING

Hi,
Could someone tell me my options for engine starting. I have an engine with a damaged pullstarter. What are my options for using the engine without a pullstart.
Many thanks,

You can use a starter box to start your engine.

If you have an electric drill, Tiger Drive is an inexpensive alternative.

Hi bsmooth,

Could you elaborate on what tiger drive is ? I do have a drill that I can use.

Its from Sullivan Products. It''s a gear assembly that bolts on in place of the pullstart (similar to a rotostart)

still not starting

Hi again !!
Same problem - but a new pullstart. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I decided to go with a new pullstarter but I'm having the same trouble. With the glow plug in the pullstart is very tight but OK when I take out the glowplug. The engine may have been flooded, but can't be now. Could the engine have damage ? As it still pulls without the glowplug is that an indication that the engine is still OK ?

Please help.
