Default Kyosho GXR.15

Hi

Just wondered if there is any problems mounting a Kyosho GXR 15 engine into another chassis that uses normal engine mounts. I am not sure if the cast engine mount on the bottom of the crank case would interfear with a normal profile engine mount like that on a NTC3, CD3 etc.

Thanks

Yes there is, but you can buy a motor mount so that you can put the engine on other chassis.

There is tabs on the side of the crank case to mount a normal engine mount on it. Bozla are you saying it still wouldn't work?

u need to be careful of which mounts you buy. My 3-racing mounts were like 1mm shorter than the mounts on the engine. Even so you could just dremel the extra mm off
