Default Rear Exhaust motors.

Seems without doubt here in OZ we are going to change our 1/10 nitro tourer class and allow rear exhaust motors run with side exhaust motors as long as they are under 1HP.

Apart from the new OS-TG(.7HP), which other motors with rear exhaust rated 1hp or less are there on the market.

Thanks to all for any help.

Thanks looks good, Don't think the use of turbo plugs would be legal and if we are asked, must be able to produce spec sheet to prove HP. Thanks.

The above mentioned motor is a pro level motor and is more than 1hp on "manufacturers claims". However be aware that most manufacturers rate their motors output based on a mathematical equation derived from capacity and RPM rather than a dyno output, hence why Novarossi claims 1.5hp but it is in fact quite a bit less.

If you want to see more realistic HP figures based on an intertia dyno I would recommend you look here:

http://www.nitrodynesystems.com/Engine%20Database.htm

You will see that most manufacturers claims are nonsense as I have said many times on the Oz forums.
