ok, so i guess im sold on the 1600 nimh instead of the Lipo's ...like yall said, ill build the car and run it stock for a while just to see where things are at...what about the foams that come with the car? should I just use them for engine break in? LOL cant wait to get started with the build!!!

my kit is still in the mail, i ordered it on the 30th of Jan...i misunderstood something i read on another site and thought it came with a set of foams, i was wrong...i am currently in Iraq, ill be back in the States in April, hopefully... but i got the kit shipped to the house, so she will be there waiting till im back...im buying all electronics and engine, piece by piece, till im back...

the car comes with a pretty set of wheels.. no rubber.. lol Its useful for setup however.. you can use them to set the car up for long mains.. I set the car up with .2-.5mm ride height with the bare wheels.. that way you don't bottem out when you run out of tire.. Just run jaco or whatever tires your local track/HS supports well..

anyone switch to the new Aluminum Shocks? I have heard a few complaints about the stock plastic ones... I even heard of people putting 720 shocks on their NT1's, this true?

what do yall think about twin BLS451's for steering and throttle in the NT1?

that servo is real good and plenty of power....if you want to save 20 bucks the futaba 9452 is also plenty....I am still running my futaba 9451 both throttle and steering
