I thought that the G4S was the greatest!

Itchy, actually I run the 720 for all my races. I have the G4E, G4S, MTX3 and the MTX4 (plus all Serpents) mainly for doing a review for 3hobby.net.
Besides I like testing other cars.

The NT1 is also for testing and review so lookout for it. I probably won't race it no matter how much better it is than the 720 because I simply have too many spares for the 720 plus I have 3 of the damn things!

Better hurry if you want it at that price! I'm sure it will go up to $429.99 as soon as they get the phone call...

BTW... Why don't any of the online stores have thrust bearings in stock? In some cases, the part isn't even listed.

look at the n1 and look at r40 i see alot of the r40 in their.
rule of thumb for rc car companys --- remodel the car and sale more.

I found a few more prices on the spares, so the total total is now up to $337.51. I forgot that clutch bearings are about $20 a piece. I'm still short just a few more prices, but I'm pretty sure I'll be close to $350.

I think I'm just going to whip together a "Notes" page for the NT1 instead of doing a full blown KB - list of spares, links to where to buy the car and parts, notes from this forum and Team XRAY's and misc other stuff that people might find helpful.

I was looking for the spring kit too and realized the shocks and springs are the same shocks and springs that are on the T2 electric car. That's great because I already have both spring kits and a couple extra complete shocks.

Is XRAY supporting their electric spring sets for the NT1?
There's been talk of the FT guys using springs from other makes, so my guess is that they have a nitro series of springs in the works. So far, the stock silver springs (338184 and 338284) are the only NT1-specific springs on the parts list.

good question i wonder has anyone done a test on the fuel tank filter inside the tank to see how good it is.
i always use a filter between the muffler and the tank .

Front springs are different, they're shorter...

This is a rookie question as the Nt1 is my first nitro car, but the shocks are the same on the Nt1 and T2 why are the springs shorter (I am guessing shorter for the T2 may weigh less?). I am trying to gather parts to start racing, so I am going to need spring options. Maybe the springs that come standard with the the Nt1 will be sufficent for my driving skills for a long time though
