Thumbs up Covered Pit Space / Table?

Hello Rich,

I was just filling out the entry form and did not see
anywhere on it if there is a charge for a covered pit
space / table. Just wanted to know if it was an error
on the flyer or if it is included in the $70.00 Entry fee
as that is the only option on the flyer.

Thanks!

Terry Brown ........... Booked my ticket already!

Default Covered Pit Space

Terry thanks for asking, if you are wanting covered pit space it will include 4 foot table and chair and the cost will be $35. please e-mail me an we will take care of it. I will also put the signup for this on my web site so you can pay by Pay-Pal or you can send a check or call and pay by credit card.Let me emphasize that if you wait till the last min you will not get a spot. We are building coved shelters and will be doing this in advance and selling the spots on first come first serve basis. These covers are planned to go between our dirvers stand and the right hand sweeper of the track. Hope this helps see you soon.

It says there right on the sign up form, under the blue shaded square
"Entries not accepted until June 7,2007"

Default entry flyer

actually, the entry flyer has not been published on the ROAR website as of yet therefore its not available to be mailed in... just yet....

on road fuel ROAR rules are entrys can't be accepted prior to 90 days before the event. We would like to do away with that rule as we are encouraging unlimited entrys now.... something we are working on.

I expect the entry flyer to be on the ROAR website no later than the 15th of May, if all goes as planned.

also, for practice Mon, Tues and Wed - you need to work directly with Rich Taylor on this. ROAR will not officially be working the event until the first day of controlled practice, which is Thursday.

The host (Rich) will organize pit area rentals and practice fees for the additional three days. Its stated on the entry flyer to contact him directly.

Dawn,
Thanks for getting that out there for us. We will be posting more information in a few days so remain patient. When we have all the information we will post it on our web site and on this thread.
Thank you

Being that this is a national event, I know that many of the top drivers will be competing. How is the competition for the sportsman level driver? I would like to participate in the race (as this would be my first big race). I am not a novice and I can drive, but I do not want to be in the way.

Thanks
Loren

So i guess this is a first that you are going to charge to practice for a national event, is this right..... the only free practice is one day for all those cars....
