Fund Raiser Race...
We will like to welcone everyone to attend a Fund Raiser Race for one of our fellow racer Gianni Gorgoi`s nephew who is 4 years old and was recently detected with cancer.The race will be held at Homestead R/C Raceway on the dates of December 16 to 17.I would really like to encourage everybody to come and help out in this great cause,all funds collected will go towards the chimotherapy and treatments,for more info plesse contact me or Gianni
Classes- 1/10 200MM and 1/8 4WD
Entry fee is $30.00 per class
Schedule:
Saturday-8:00 to 11:00 open practice
11:30 to 5:00 three rounds of quals
Sunday- 8:00 to 9:00 open practice
9:30 to 11:00 one round of qual
12:00 to 5:00 mains
Classes- 1/10 200MM and 1/8 4WD

I will definitely be there......its very sad news and I hope you guys step up to the plate and help out....there will be additional information coming soon for anyone wanting to help out that cannot attend this event and would like to make a donation to the fund that has been setup to help with the increasing cost of medical bills.....

I was talking to Gianni the other day about this and it is really sad
to hear of a child so young to have cancer. The insurance that the
family has only covers a % of the bills and rest is on the family. I
will definately be there and I hope others come. I know it is after a
state race weekend, but I still hope people find it in their hearts to
come. I will be there with my wife gianni and will help in any way
possible. God Bless!

Unfortunately we can't attend that race, but defenetly will send entry fee. Roniel, can you please provide mailing adress where we can send entry fee for that Fund. Will really apretiate for that info.

I am sure a lot of people will joint the race, not neccessarely to attend, but making entries.

Thank you Edward for you support and i hope people understands and helps as far as they can,i my self as a parent its really hartbreakin to see illnesses like this to such a young boy who has not leaved anything ,but its life but the purpose is to try to help him as much sa we can...

I will not be able to attend this race however my 1/8 entry
is in the mail. Best wishes and much support to you and
your Family through the Holidays and thereafter! I can
only imagine how tough it must be as I will have my 1st
baby next week / 1st of December.

Wow things like this make me realize the good health we take for granted. I just talked to Gianni to see what I can do and he gave me a bank account for the kid.. They set up a bank account at Washington Mutual here is the info if anyone needs it...
