Guys, this class is new to us in India. We have a local Hong Nor distributor, so considering a common car for all racers in a new class we are launching. Plus we will receive some discounts if booked in bulk.

Will all offroad engines and pipes fit on the chassis? Can we continue to use the starter boxes? We are all offroad, any other gear required to run this class?

All the engines from .21 - .28 will fit, pipes will fit, but on the DM1 Spec 1/8 Scale you need to watch the header as it gets close to the holder for the rear upper hinge pins. If you ge the RTR it comes with a short header. You can make most of the the larger radius headers work, but not all.

Everything else can be adjusted from your off road stuff to work.

There is a reason for that.......not producing them.......get the 1/8th scale instead.....many more racers.races and a lot better handling! PM me for any info.....

Those set ups work fairly well for most DM1s. Try them first then adjust as needed. But remember that tires are a key to a good set up.

Default Still Running The DM1

Seems like there have been a few racers who have gone with the Team-C or Serpent cars.

But I'm sure that there are more racers like myself that still thinks there is more to be found in this car. So who else is racing hard and fast with this car?????
