Does that Aston Martin body still exist? Also who makes it and does it fit on the OFNA DM-1 SPEC?

You will want to try Kyosho America for that. They had a AM DB9 for their origianl DM-1, looks really nice, should fit the spec car no problems.

I do not see that body. It is one of my more favorite bodies, aside from the ever illustrious Corvette C6 Z06. That Corvette body looks very beautiful.

Does the Corvette body fit the OFNA DM-1 Spec? Or will you need to do some mods?

The corvette will fit the longer DM-1, the original DM-1, it will not fit the spec properly, wheel wells will not fit right.

Call Kyosho America for the Aston Martin body. Below is the link to their website..

Lay down shocks have always been a question for me. I always had problems with Serpents Veteq that had the same concept. To me I think its more responsive and more planted. its the tower and the control arm, no linkage here or there to wear out.

Default What about the rear shock tower?

Can the rear shock tower be used on the front to replace the rockers? DM-1 spec.

It sure can, this is the current setup on my DM-1 at the moment. I will keep this setup for the next 3 races for this racing season and see how it feels compared to the stock horizontal front and rear setup.

Default DM-1 Pro Touring RTR

I received my car today and so far I'm happy with what I've seen. I compared it to my friends DM-1 kit and there's a few parts that are metal and carbon on the kit, but were plastic on my RTR. I'll post some video once I go thru the car and get up and running.

Default It's up and running !!!!!!!!!

I went over the car and ran it today after running (2) tanks. I was able to clock 60 mph, which I think is good for a such a large RTR car. I plan on upgrading the pipe (TOO LOUD). looking to get maybe 70-75 mph out of her anyone have any ideas ?

Change you gearing and you should be able to achieve that speed. That is a good thing about the DM-1, there is number go gears for the car and can be easily changed to suit your requirements of the car.
