It should tell you in your engine manual. If you don't have it you can look here...

What i used to break my engine in, and I think ive gotten much better results was placing the engine on plywood with a propeller. I let it run at idle for about a tank, with little blips of the throttle to clear the fuel out. After my 4th tank leaned it out a bit and had it run around half throttle. In between tanks i let the engine cool to room temp. Ive gotten so much more power doing it that way then breaking it in the car.

Well, as we discussed in another thread ALOT, your best bet is to follow directions that came with the engine. If you want to do somethign else, refer to the a page or 2 back. Im sure you check it out before startnig this thread.

HOw to probally break in and Engine?

I have also used the propeller method of engine break-in, however the Carb is in the way on most RACE R/C car engines to do this. All of my RACE engines have been broken-in the car by idling 1-3 tanks, then driving all future tanks, with a complete cooldown between tanks. By tank 7-9 the engine is usually close to being in full race tune.
As long as you follow SOME kind of break-in proceedure before going full tilt, you should be fine.
