Do not buy from dinball on E-bay. Purchased an item listed as "in-stock". They accepted payment but never sent the item and ignored multiple e-mails. They are not worth the headache!!

I am 100% agree with you. Sometimes they are good but most of the times they are s!@#. All they want is just $$$ but never learn communication skill and customer service.
Next time you should buy from JAPAN.

Go to the traders thread and give them a piece of their mind. You are not the only victim,many has fallen too. I have stopped buying from dinball/rcmart many moons ago. They are nothing but full of excuses.

I don't know but my first purchase with them ever was bad. 80% of my pieces were not in stock and they said that they would not return my money in full. Good thing they did return all my money but I felt shaky about buying from them again. Is not worth it if the item is listed as "in stock" then it turns out otherwise. Bad enough you need stuff right away and they take like 3 days to let you know if the order is good to go or not.

Not worth my time. Sorry. I like fast and easy service.

I agree that rcmart/Dinball are bad. If you are going to go overseas to order your stuff, The only one that I would recomend is RC-Mushroom, I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem. They have even called me when something was out of stock. I have ordered from them now for over 7 years and have never had an issue.

I just purchased 2 items off ebay now from Dinball
Its not that big of a deal but after reading this thread now I'm worried
I just hope/wish they'll ship my items and be good. If not maybe I can make a PayPal dispute but I dont want that to happen.
Oh well...I hope this wont be a bad experience for me.

It's a small shop, but the guy running it tries to deliver the best possible service.

More then 10 orders already last year, including very large ones. They always take great care of your order.

I bought from them a couple times before and didn't have a problem. Then, my last order, they told me my stuff wasn't in stock. I wrote back asking why they are selling things on ebay that they don't have and they didn't answer. That order was on Aug. 20th. I just hope that I get my stuff someday. Anybody think I should try to get a refund and order elsewhere?

Dunno about you guys. But I have ordered from rc-mart like 5-6 times and all of those times were large orders of tires plus spare/hop-up parts for my Mugen. Out of those times, only once was my order incomplete; and dinball said they were going to ship them on my next order and so they did.

I havent tried rc-mushroom since most the stuff I need, rc-toro has it cheaper and its closer to me.
