The process is the technical director reviews all technology. The electric committee would determine if Lipoly's are in the best interest of the racers and recommend to the executive committee whether or not they should be incorporated into the guidelines.

Considering the direction which electric racing is heading, I would not be surprised to see Lipoly's included in the future. This is not something that the president can do on his own...there is a proceedure which ROAR follows.
