help for my hpi rs4-2

hey guys im new here and i have a problem with my r/c
i have a hpi nitro rs4-2
it has a 2spd tranny, mip exhaust and high performance heat sink
my problem is that the screw on my carbureator(is that how u spell it?)
is gone/loose. i found it and i tried to put it back in the hole but it moves in and out so easily. it seems that i cannot screw it in anymore, and the spring just pushes the screw out.
it seems that my r/c wont start because of this problem
do any of u guys have any suggestions on what i should do??
thanks in advance

What type of engine do you have? Are you talking about your low speed needle? A little bit more information is needed here.

its a nitrostart 15fe engine. it is the idle adjustment needle. it is very loose and easily pulled out.

Sounds like the threads are stripped. Not much you can do , even a larger screw won't help as it has to be keyed to the carb. You can try any of the many "rethreading" products out there , or get a new carb or upgrade the whole engine. A 2nd hand carb shouldn't cost too much and fairly easy to come by. Maybe someone on the boards would be willing to mail you one.
