How do you cut your foam bumber? My looks not really good

Outline the section you want to cut with a pen. Then gently cut through the outline with a cutter. You can use sandpaper to soften the cuted part so that it will look nice.

Don't forget to use a brand new blade when cutting the bumper. It makes the cutting much easier and better. After that, use a grade 60 sandpaper to get the perfect shape. And then you use grade 800 to smoothen out the edges

i use super sharp box cutter and saw it. come back with dremel and smooth it. looks good.

Yes an electric carving knife takes all the work out of it. Makes it a little to easy so becareful.
