4-tec bigger engine
 

hey guys... i was wondering... whats a bigger, better motor you could put in a nitro 4-tec... the 2.5 is getting boring. i hear the o.s .18tz is good. anyone using it? improvements? i was also wondering if you could shoehorn a .21 in there or something big like that. could you use a t-maxx conversion kit?

Yes you can but alot work ,i shoehorned a rb 3port 21 i did this about 5years ago, boy it was fast i couldnt keep the rear belt on, it would get rip to shreads, if you go to the traxxas forum you might someone that is doing one or has one already done.

you know that you can trade in your 2.5 for 3.3 right? Oh and you can remove the ez start to make it even slightly faster too.
