Ira,

Nice pictures. If you want me to add them to the MWS photo gallery, please send me the photos (original size, since they are smaller than what I have) to [email protected]. I will add them as soon as I can (remember I will be leaving Tuesday for the Nats, not returning till the following Monday).

Again nice job last weekend in Toledo with your second place run!

Pre-registration for Racine is looking very favorable. The Racine race has historically drawn a little smaller crowed then our first 2 races at Cincinnati and Toledo. But the last 2 years the attendance has been in the mid 70’s. If you have never been to Racine for a MWS race you should come and check it out this year. The Racine club would appreciate your attendance. The members there work very hard to put on a good race and the area is very nice. If you like dog racing, one of the nicest dog tracks in the United States is right down the street from their track. It’s an exciting thing to do on a Saturday night.
Let’s keep the MWS on course for setting an all time attendance record for the season. Door prizes will be awarded at this race with pre-registered entries having twice the opportunity to win. Don’t forget about the year-end awards. With the 26 sponsors we have this year a record amount of $$$ will be spent on Trophies and awards. At least 40 positions will be awarded at the end of the year and possibly many more if the overall attendance figures stay high. An estimated $9,000.00 will be handed out in awards, door prizes and a sponsor appreciation cook out for all racers and their guests this season.

Hope to see everyone in Racine

Paul,

Unfortuantely, I will not be going to Racine. After a long week at the Nats, I want to take a break. Not to mention that the cost to send our boxes is very high, so I sent it regular shipping. I will not get my stuff till Monday, probably. I'll try to get you at Parma after 4:00 or so. You gonna be there still?

Dan,

Sorry, but was quite a busy week in Cali. I want a break. Next biggie is the GLC in Toledo. But of coarse I plan on attending the remaining MWS races (Chicago, Mentor, and Detroit).

Good Luck
