nice...hope kyosho will release it soon or maybe what they can do is make a one/solid axle type design somewhat similar to the one that's on the g4s. it makes it a lot easier to switch between oneway and solid axle buy just adding 2 pins and securing it with o-orings

Looks like a hybrid to me. All kinds of different parts on it. An Evo2 motor even

The spool is hardened steel, just like the outdrives - we also had some new driveshafts ( front ) which are silver in color , they are slightly longer and also have longer drive pins which protrude past the edge of the outdrive cup.

The engine is in fact an EVO3 STI, they used the Evo2 head due to the hotter weather , apparently lowers the temp by about 25 deg.]

If you guys have any more questions fire away, I was there!

Was that car scratch built or an r&d car from Kyosho?

Who's car is that? It looks like it has an EVO 2-speed shaft with a Mugen or Serpent gear on the end.

I assume that you mean it's an EVO3 STI with an EVO2 head?

Thanks

Nah, started off as a RRR "Evo" , then they swapped over the top deck and fitted the new spool...as soon as the grip came up and cars traction rolled, everyone swapped over to the laydown servo.

Who's car is that? It looks like it has an EVO 2-speed shaft with a Mugen or Serpent gear on the end.
That is an 18t pulley from the evolva..

yeah - Evo3 with Evo2 head.
